F. Dick Superior 10 in. Scalloped Edge Bread Knife

The F. Dick Superior 10 in. Reverse Scalloped Bread Knife was beautifully designed. The wide scallops make for much smoother cuts and more versatility. Split cakes, and slice meats with this knife, in addition to cutting bread. Notice that the scallops protrude from the knife as opposed to being cut into the blade. This allows you to cut on knife edges instead of the teeth in between the scallops.. Can be used on meats and crusty breads. This is one of the most unique serration styles we sell, personally I use this knife at my own home it has a very wide bevel cut into the right side that is very easy to hone with a regular cut rod which is unique for a bread knife, however this knife is amazing at slicing proteins as smoothly as possible as well.
