Cheese Knives

Just as cheeses run the gamut in terms of form, so do cheese knives. Some are short and blunt, much resembling a Japanese deba, while others are straight, thin and offset resembling the letter L. These L shaped cheese knives are ideal for use on soft cheeses such as brie, while semi-soft cheeses are best cut by cheese knives with holes routed through the shaft of the blade. Other alternatives to cheese knives including cheese wires and planes are also available.
