F. Dick Premier Plus 12 in. Chef Knife

The F. Dick Premier Plus 12 in. Chef Knife is a long and broad blade meant for serious cutting tasks with its long tapered edge is excellent for cutting and portioning beef. Usually with such a large heavy knife a cook could expect a more blade heavy imbalanced feel, not with F. Dick who uses state of the art manufacturing techniques to ensure the handle and blade are ideally balanced to provide superior comfort. This blade is Ice Hardened high carbon steel that does not give up on corrosion resistance. We would recommend a slightly longer sharpening steel with this knife as the blade is so long, ideally a 12 inch or longer steel will do. It is hard to find a better chef knife coming out of German factories especially at the price of F. Dick. Made in Germany.
