The F. Dick Premier Plus 10 in. Serrated Carving Knife's serrated edge makes this knife easy to use on beef, and doesn't need to be sharpened as frequently. This serrated carver is marketed by the manufacturer as a serrated carver, but we like these for use as a bread knife also. This fully forged serrated carver is Ice Hardened for maximum edge retention and for a longer blade is balanced very well making it smooth and precise when cutting. Made in Germany.
