The Magimix 4200XL is the food processor for cooks who prepare several parts of a meal at once: an onion chopped, a block of cheese grated, and a bread dough kneaded in the same hour. Magimix has built its food processors in Burgundy since 1971.
A quiet induction motor drives three nested work bowls and a full set of blades, discs, and tools, so one machine chops, slices, grates, kneads, blends, emulsifies, and whips.

Quiet induction motor
The motor adjusts its power to the load, holding speed through a stiff dough as well as a thin puree. It carries the Quiet Mark award for low operating noise.
Three nested bowls
Mince garlic in the mini bowl, slice into the midi bowl, then knead in the main bowl, all without washing between steps.
Sabatier blades and discs
Sabatier makes the stainless steel knife blade and the slicing and grating discs in France. The serrated knife blade needs no sharpening.
BlenderMix and XL feed tube
The BlenderMix ring returns ingredients to the blade for smoother soups and batters, and the extra-large feed tube takes whole vegetables with little cutting.
