Magimix Juice Extractor Attachment

The Magimix Juice Extractor turns a Magimix food processor into a juicer for both hard and soft produce: clear juice from apples, carrots, and celery, and thick juice from strawberries, mango, and tomatoes.

The kit has two working parts, each for a different kind of produce. A cook who wants green juice in the morning and a berry coulis for dessert uses one motor base for both, with no separate juicer to store.

Features

• Stainless steel juice filter by Sabatier. For hard fruits and vegetables and leafy greens, the filter separates the juice from the pulp and produces a clear juice.


• SmoothieMix presser. For soft or cooked produce, the SmoothieMix presses fruit into a thick juice with more body, suited to smoothies and coulis.


• Large batches between emptying. The kit holds several pounds of produce before the basket needs emptying, so a full pitcher comes out of one session.


• Less peeling. Soft-skinned produce goes in unpeeled, which shortens prep for apples, cucumbers, and tomatoes.

What It Handles

Use the filter for apple and carrot juice, celery juice, and green juices with spinach and cabbage. Use the SmoothieMix for strawberry and mango smoothies, fresh tomato juice, and fruit coulis for desserts. For oranges, lemons, and grapefruit, use the Magimix Citrus Juicer Attachment.

The kit fits the Magimix 14-Cup 4200XL Food Processor, Black, the White and the Chrome.
