Magimix Citrus Juicer Attachment

The Magimix Citrus Juicer Attachment turns a Magimix XL food processor into a motorized citrus press, for cooks who juice fruit in quantity: a pitcher of orange juice for brunch, lemons for curd or lemonade, or limes for a round of cocktails.

The press runs on the food processor’s own motor. The cone turns while you lower the arm onto a fruit half, so the work takes light, steady pressure rather than hand strength, and a counter crowded with appliances gains no new motor base.

Features

• Two cones. The large cone fits oranges and grapefruit; the small cone fits lemons and limes. Matching the cone to the fruit keeps the rind in full contact with the reamer, so more juice comes out of each half.

• Motor-driven reamer. The processor turns the cone, so juicing a dozen oranges takes no more effort than juicing one.

• Pressing arm. The arm holds the fruit against the cone, leaving both hands free to steady the fruit and keep the work clean.

What It Handles

Use the press for breakfast juice, lemon curd and lemon bars, vinaigrettes, citrus marinades for chicken and fish, sorbets, and cocktails by the pitcher. For apples, carrots, and leafy greens, which a citrus press cannot juice, use the Magimix Juice Extractor Attachment.

The press fits the Magimix 14-Cup 4200XL Food Processor, Black, the White and the Chrome.
