Magimix Dice & French Fry Kit

The Magimix Dice & French Fry Kit cuts vegetables and fruit into even cubes and potatoes into fries, for cooks who prep mirepoix, potato salad, and fruit platters in volume and want every piece the same size.

The kit fits directly into the XL feed tube and turns a Magimix food processor into a dicer. A batch of carrots, potatoes, or apples becomes uniform cubes as fast as it can be fed through, work that takes far longer with a knife and a cutting board.

Features

• Uniform cubes. Pieces of one size cook at one rate, so a pan of roasted vegetables or a pot of soup finishes evenly, with no pieces scorched and none left firm.


• Fries from whole potatoes. The same kit cuts potatoes into fries for the oven or the fryer.


• Dedicated slicing disc. The kit comes with its own slicing disc, matched to the dicing assembly, so the cubes come out square.


• Cleaning comb. A comb clears pieces from the cutting grid after use, so the grid needs no picking clean by hand.
