The Wüsthof Classic Ikon 8-Piece Set is for cooks who do a great deal of fine prep and want more than one small blade on hand. Alongside the chef’s knife, it includes two paring knives, a serrated utility knife, and a straight utility knife, with a honing steel, shears, and a 15-slot block.
