The 17.75-inch Matfer Bourgeat Exoglass Piano Whisk is the longest piano whisk we carry, made for stockpots, rondeaus and the large bowls used in banquet and catering kitchens. When a recipe is measured in gallons, this length lets you whisk from the bottom of the vessel while standing comfortably at the stove.
