To Use:

• Lean the knife blade slightly against one side of the slot while drawing the blade with light pressure through the rods. Please use the spring action of the rods without bringing the knife to the bottom of the rod cycle. Repeat this action a few times and the result will be a razor sharp edge. 
• Hold the device with your less-dominant hand, by holding the handle at the base of the unit. (note: table mount is available)
• Hold the knife with your dominant hand and guide the blade through the center slot of the device from handle to tip.
• Repeat this action several times while applying light pressure. Made in Germany.
