The Wüsthof 25-slot acacia block is for a collection that has outgrown a standard block. Wüsthof once sold it as the Mega Block, and it has room for a full kitchen set plus a dozen steak knives and specialty pieces.

Checking Fit

Measure the width of your widest blade at the heel and compare it with the slot widths above.
Insert knives with the edge facing up where the slot allows, so the edge does not drag on the wood.

Care

Wipe the block with a damp, lint-free cloth. Make sure knives are completely dry before you put them away, and turn the block over now and then to shake out crumbs.
