Wüsthof 15-Slot Acacia Knife Block

The Wüsthof 15-slot acacia block holds a starter set of knives with room to grow, in acacia wood with a warm color and a visible grain. It takes up the same counter space as Wüsthof’s 17-slot blocks and fits under standard upper cabinets.

Before you order, compare your knives with the slot widths in the Details. This block gives a little more variety in slot sizes than the beechwood 15-slot, with one medium slot for a utility knife between the bread-knife slots and the narrow steak slots. It is the block used in Wüsthof’s Classic Ikon 11-piece set, which shows how a full collection fits.
