The Senzo Twisted Octagon 5.9 in. (150mm) Utility Knife is a great addition to a Chef's tool roll Made of VG10 steel with a 33 Layer Damascus pattern is ideal for tasks away from the cutting board such as peeling and carving fruits and vegetables. This knife uses VG-10 Steel prized for its edge retention but once dulled should be re-sharpened on a stone for best results. Made in Seki City, Japan.
