The Senzo Twisted Octagon 9.4 in. (240mm) Chef Knife is made with premium VG-10 steel and features a very unique 33 layer Damascus pattern. This line of Senzo knives by Suncraft is highlighted by a unique extra long pakkawood handle with a twist design. Twisted Octagon knives by Suncraft are made so thin that any knife in this series should be able to slice even sashimi with ease.
