R Murphy New Haven Elite Curved Tip Oyster Knife

Developed by R. Murphy, the New Haven Elite oyster knife is the combination of the two most popular oyster knives: The New Haven and The Wellfleet. Hand polished rosewood handle is weighted and contoured to fit snugly in your hand with a curved tip for leverage when opening. This tip design also makes it easier to scrape the top of the shell and release the abductor muscle without damaging the meat.
