The F. Dick Premier Plus 4.5 inch paring knife gives the cook a little extra blade length to perform the same tasks as the standard smaller paring knife, plus similar tasks as a utility knife like mincing herbs or cutting fully through items like a grapefruit. This knife is fully forged with a full bolster for great balance and can be honed easily with a Friedrich Dick honing rod and sharpens nicely on stones. Made in Germany.
