Ateco 7.75-inch Offset Icing Spatula with Wood Handle

This medium offset spatula frosts layer cakes and cupcakes, levels batter in a pan and lifts out the first square of brownies without breaking it.

The offset keeps your hand clear of the icing as the blade moves across the cake. The blade is taper ground for even flex.
