Ateco 7.75-inch Offset Icing Spatula with Plastic Handle

The 7.75-inch blade frosts cupcakes and the tops of 8- and 9-inch layer cakes, and the offset keeps your knuckles out of the icing as you work across the surface.

It is just as useful away from the turntable for lifting brownies and bar cookies from a pan or spreading batter evenly into the corners of a sheet pan. The blade is taper ground for flex.

The 7.75-inch offset with wood handle has the same blade on a wood handle. The 9.75-inch offset covers larger cakes.
