Ateco 9.75-inch Offset Icing Spatula with Wood Handle

With a 1.5-inch blade set below the handle, this offset spatula has the leverage to slide under a whole sheet of cookies or a 10-inch cake layer and move it to a rack. It also spreads batter and fillings evenly across a half-sheet pan.

On a turntable, the long blade smooths the top of a large cake while your hand stays above it. The taper grind lets the blade flex near the tip for smoothing.

The plastic-handled Ateco 9.75-inch Offset Spatula can go in the dishwasher.
