This knife features a razor sharp serrated edge which is used in a variety of ways from deveining shrimp to cutting fishing line. Often used in the kitchen for peeling vegetables or opening packing materials. The edge on this knife will last and can be kept safe in the victorinox paring knife pouch (7.0893.2) which holds victorinox paring knifes to be carried. Made in Switzerland.
