Pride Abrasive 3000/8000 Grit Combination Stone

Pride Abrasive 3000/8000 Grit Combination Waterstone is made in Bristol, Wisconsin using the finest available ingredients, this is done so that the stone will last without constant re-flattening and that the abrasive content is high enough in the stone to move hardened steel. The 3000 grit is a maintenance stone for daily touch ups to otherwise fairly sharp knives. The 8000 grit will smooth and refine the work done by the 3000, however the 8000 grit will begin to polish the steel this is necessary for the cutting of protein. Made In USA.
