Messermeister Oliva Elite 9 in. Bread Knife

The Oliva Elite 9 in. (230mm) Bread knife is a classic design of a bread knife where the width of the blade is flush with the bolster. The tined edges are great for tearing through meat or bread and they stay sharper much longer then an knife without serrations even though the can be a fuss to sharpen. This knife features a unique Olive wood handle. Be sure to oil wood handles at least once a year (wood oil). Knife made in Germany.
