Care
Messermeister knives are not dishwasher safe. Hand wash with warm water and a mild detergent, then dry immediately, and clean the blade right away after cutting acidic or salty foods. Messermeister recommends a light coat of food-safe mineral oil or wood cream on the olive wood handle every few weeks.
