Made In Quarter Sheet Pan

The Made In Quarter Sheet Pan brings the build of Made In’s half sheet to a smaller size for one- and two-person meals, side dishes, and small batches. It fits most countertop toaster ovens and doubles as a prep tray for mise en place. Like the half sheet, it was developed with Matt Horn, the pitmaster behind Oakland’s Horn Barbecue.

Why It Performs

• 18-gauge 3004 aluminum: The same heavy-gauge alloy as the half sheet resists buckling and spreads heat evenly.
• Bare aluminum surface: Browns food evenly and tolerates metal spatulas, since there is no coating to scratch.
• Fully enclosed rolled rim: Strengthens the edges against warping and keeps juices in the pan.
• Compact size: Roasts two chicken breasts or a side of vegetables, bakes about six cookies, and fits where a half sheet will not.
