Ateco 6-inch Straight Icing Spatula with Wood Handle

The 6-inch blade on this spatula has a fair amount of flex, which makes it as useful for plating as for decorating. It spreads a smooth layer of buttercream on a cupcake, levels a filling between thin cake layers and swipes a sauce across a plate.

The blade is 420 stainless steel, taper ground for even flexibility, set in a natural wood handle.
