Ateco 5-inch Offset Icing Spatula with Wood Handle

The narrow 3/4-inch blade on this offset spatula fits places a wider one cannot, such as between closely spaced cupcakes on a tray or along the inside edge of a cake ring. At 5 inches long, it suits cupcakes, decorated cookies and touch-ups on a finished cake.

The slight bend in the blade follows the curve of a cupcake top, which helps distribute icing evenly. Ateco tapers the stainless blade for flexibility. It is also useful for removing cakes from pans, lifting waffles from a waffle iron, adding clean designs to desserts and spreading sauce on sandwiches.
