Ateco 4.25-inch Offset Icing Spatula with Wood Handle

The angled 4.25-inch blade lifts a petit four or a slice of tart from the board and sets it down cleanly, and it spreads curd or ganache inside a tart shell without catching on the rim.

Its stainless blade is taper ground for flex, and the natural wood handle gives a comfortable grip for detail work.
