Ateco 4.25-inch Offset Icing Spatula with Plastic Handle

Small offset spatulas are a plating tool as much as a decorating one. The bend in this 4.25-inch blade lowers it below the handle, so it can slide under a quenelle, a tuile or a petit four and set it on the plate without your fingers touching the dessert.

It also spreads ganache inside a tart shell, where a straight spatula would hit the rim. The blade is taper ground to flex toward the tip.
