Ateco 4-inch Straight Icing Spatula with Plastic Handle

A 4-inch blade is short enough to work right at the plate. It suits spreading herb cheese on crostini, buttering tea sandwiches and smoothing the tops of petit fours, jobs where a longer spatula gets in the way.

The stainless blade is taper ground, so it flexes toward the rounded tip and stays firm near the handle.

The same size comes with a wood handle as the Ateco 4.25-inch Straight Spatula with Wood Handle. To work below the rim of a pan, choose the 4.25-inch offset instead.
