Ateco 4.25-inch Straight Icing Spatula with Wood Handle

Short and nimble, this 4.25-inch spatula is meant for small surfaces: the top of a petit four, a row of canapés or a plated dessert that needs a smear of sauce or cream.

Ateco grinds the 420 stainless steel blade to a taper so that it flexes evenly along its length. The natural wood handle gives a warmer, slightly fuller grip than plastic.
