Ateco 14-inch Straight Icing Spatula with Plastic Handle

Ateco’s longest straight spatula in this line is built for full-sheet cakes and the bottom tiers of wedding cakes. Its 14-inch blade reaches across surfaces that shorter spatulas would cover only in sections.

At 2 inches wide, the blade also works as a lifter for sliding cake layers and large cookies from one surface to another. The grind tapers toward the tip for flex.

The 14-inch spatula with a wood handle has the same blade dimensions. For half-sheet cakes, the 12-inch is easier to control.
