Ateco 14-inch Straight Icing Spatula with Wood Handle

A full-sheet cake or a 16-inch base tier is too wide for most spatulas to smooth in one stroke. With 14 inches of blade, this one covers that span, and its 2-inch width carries a generous load of icing.

The blade is taper-ground 420 stainless steel, firm at the heel and more flexible near the tip, which also makes it a capable lifter for large cake layers.

The Ateco 14-inch Straight Spatula with Plastic Handle has the same blade and can go in the dishwasher.
