This versatile block is designed to be customized with your preferred collection of Signature knives. It features one small, two medium, and three large slots, accommodating a wide range of blade sizes and shapes.

Compatible Knives:

• Small Slot: Ideal for 8cm and 10cm Vegetable/Paring Knives and 10cm Steak Knives (both plain and serrated).
• Medium Slot: Perfectly houses the 12cm Serrated Utility Knife, 12cm and 14cm Kitchen Knives, 16cm Flexible Filleting and Utility Knives, 20cm and 23cm Carving Knives, and the 22cm Bread Knife.
• Large Slot: Accommodates the 12cm, 14cm, 16cm, 18cm, and 20cm Cook's Knives, as well as the 11cm, 14cm, and 17cm Santoku Knives.

Please note, the following knives are not compatible with this block: 25cm Signature Cook's Knife, 17cm Signature Deep Santoku Knife, and the 30cm Signature Flexible Slicing Knife.

To ensure your knives always perform at their best, it is recommended to replace the ceramic sharpening wheel every 12-24 months, depending on frequency of use.
