Mercer Stainless Steel Locking Tongs, 9 1/2-inch

The 9 1/2-inch locking tongs are a close-range utility tong for the stovetop, the sauté pan and the serving bowl. Scalloped ends grip a chicken thigh, a strand of pasta or a handful of salad without tearing it.

A pull-tab lock closes the tongs for compact storage in a drawer or on a hook. At this length they give good control for turning food in a skillet and for tossing and serving.
