Matfer Bourgeat Rounded Dough Scraper a great multi use tool for bakers and cooks alike. Features a Non Stick surface which is ideal for working with dough and pastry. Made of Patented Exoglass Material, entirely made in France, is heat resistant, non porous and retains its original shape. A round handle makes for easy gripping, the blade also tapers to a thin edge for easier work with thin pastry. Heat resistant -4 to 482 degrees F. Dimensions 4.5 in Width 3 in Length of blade.
