Messermeister Kawashima Elegancia by Suncraft

Designed by legendary bladesmith Shoichi Kawashima, the President of Suncraft, the Kawashima Elegancia knife line is sold by both Suncraft and Messermeister. In the United States this knife line is distributed by Messermeister who calls the line Kawashima in honor of the designer and knife maker. In Japan Suncraft calls this line Elegancia.

The Kawashima Elegancia Series is beautifully crafted with attention to detail using premium materials and exacting standards. The wide, Western style blades are made with super hard and tough Japanese SG2 powdered stainless steel. that holds an edge for a very long time, but is not brittle or delicate. These bunka style knives are razor sharp, beautifully shaped and comfortable to hold.
