Dexter-Russell 8-inch Baker's Spatula, Wood Handle (S2498)

An 8-inch baker’s spatula is a manageable size for frosting cupcakes and single-layer cakes, smoothing batter into a pan and loosening a cake from its edges. Like Dexter-Russell’s other baker’s spatulas, it is precision ground to be flexible, so it bends to the side of a bowl and springs back.

    Care

    Wash by hand and dry promptly. Do not soak the wood handle or put the tool in a dishwasher; an occasional coat of mineral oil keeps the wood from drying out.
