Dexter-Russell Cool Blue 4-inch Pizza Cutter, High-Heat Handle

Built for the heat of a pizza station, Dexter-Russell’s Cool Blue pizza cutter puts a 4-inch wheel on a high-heat Sani-Safe handle that can sit beside a hot oven. Dexter designed it for thick or thin crust, hearty toppings and bubbling cheese, and it also slices flatbreads and quesadillas. The wheel is individually ground and honed, and Dexter notes it can be replaced over time.


Pizza Cutter or Pizza Knife?

The Sani-Safe 4-inch Pizza Cutter uses this wheel with a standard handle. For large pies, the Sani-Safe 18-inch Pizza Knife cuts edge to edge in one stroke.

    Care

    Dexter-Russell recommends hand washing and sanitizing. Hand washing also preserves the cutter, since the heat and abrasive detergents of a dishwasher age the steel. Dry the tool before storing it.
