Ateco's 3 x 1.75 inch Round Food Mold is a simple, open-bottom stainless steel ring for shaping and plating food with clean, professional-looking edges.

This mold is built for composed plating: press a base layer of risotto, tartare, or a vegetable mixture into the ring, build up additional layers, then lift the mold straight up for a clean, restaurant-style presentation with no mess left on the plate. We especially like it as a setting mold for chilled desserts like panna cotta or mousse, which release cleanly once set thanks to the open bottom, and it doubles well as a cutter for portioning dough, biscuits, or fondant.
