Ateco 804 Plain Piping Tip, 3/8-inch

With a 3/8-inch (9.5 mm) opening, the 804 pipes a 1.5-inch macaron shell with little pressure and leaves only a small tail on top.

It is equally useful for the rounded, bakery-style dome on a cupcake, for filling cream puffs and éclairs, and for piping deviled-egg filling or compound butter.

For smaller shells or pearl borders, use the 1/4-inch 802. For larger choux and cupcake swirls, see the 7/16-inch 805.

    Care
