Balloon Whisks
Engineered with an oversized design, the stainless steel Balloon Whisks move through more of the bowl to efficiently incorporate air into ingredients. They are ideal for whipped cream, egg whites, buttercream, sponge cakes, meringues, and other recipes that benefit from maximum volume and a light texture.

Cookie Beaters
Constructed from heavy-gauge 3.5 mm stainless steel wire, the Cookie Beaters are designed for more demanding mixing applications. They easily handle chilled butter for pie crusts and pastries, cream butter and sugar for cookies, and mix up to 2 pounds of dough with ease.

Built for Durability
The enclosed beater housing features a robust design with optimized internal gearing for dependable performance and simplified operation. The fiberglass-reinforced housing and chrome-plated die-cast zinc base provide long-lasting strength while remaining easy to maintain.
