Care and Use

• Hand wash with warm water and a gentle dish soap, towel dry, and let the knife air dry briefly before storing. Do not use the dishwasher.
• Cut on a medium-soft wood board such as hinoki, and avoid glass, stone and ceramic surfaces.
• Do not cut bones, joints or frozen food, and lift a stuck blade straight up rather than twisting it.
