Care and Use
- Hand wash with warm water and a gentle dish soap, towel dry, and let the knife air dry briefly before storing. Do not use the dishwasher.
- Cut on a medium-soft wood board such as hinoki, and avoid glass, stone and ceramic surfaces.
- Do not cut bones, joints or frozen food, and lift a stuck blade straight up rather than twisting it.

Covered by Shun’s limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in material and construction. Shun sharpens its knives free for as long as you own them; the owner pays shipping and processing.
