Shun 7-Slot In-Drawer Knife Tray

The 7-slot Shun in-drawer tray holds up to seven knives, large and small, in a narrow footprint that fits a standard kitchen drawer. At 5 inches wide, several trays can sit side by side in a larger drawer. Four long slots take chef’s knives and slicers, and three shorter slots fit parers and utility knives.

Made of beechwood, it keeps edges off other utensils and the counter clear. Shun cautions that handle widths vary, so check that your knives fit.
