The Scanpan Professional 10 1/2 in. Square Grill Pan is great for quick easy meals. Chicken, fish and meat cook very evenly with beautiful lines as though they came right off the Barbecue. And clean-up is a breeze, especially if you're using a tough marinade like teriyaki. While the pan is still hot, simply rinse it with warm water and I like to use a brush. It just steams the pan clean and is lifetime guaranteed not to warp. When I get home late and am trying to put an excellent meal together in 20 minutes, this is my go to pan. A chicken breast, some grilled vegetables and potatoes, rinse the pan and it's done.
