Made in America, V-Lo knives feature a unique hand grip that the manufacturer describes as armadillo texture. Many fisherman like to wrap twine around the handles of their filet knives, and this grip most resembles that texture, but with a softer feel. The high-carbon stainless steel blades are hand honed and NSF certified to meet food service health code standards. We especially like this handle on the paring knife.
