Knives

The Shun Premier 7-Piece Essential Block Set gathers the core kitchen knives, a honing steel, and herb shears in one bamboo block. The 8-inch Chef’s Knife handles everyday slicing, dicing, and chopping; the 6.5-inch Utility Knife covers the in-between tasks; and the 4-inch Paring Knife takes care of peeling, coring, and trimming. The 9-inch Bread Knife, with its wide serrations, slices crusty loaves and soft breads cleanly. The matching combination honing steel keeps every plain edge aligned between sharpenings, and the herb shears snip fresh herbs and handle the small cutting jobs that would otherwise dull a knife. The laminated bamboo block has extra open slots, so the Shun Premier collection can keep growing.
