Jumbo Benriner Japanese Mandoline , No. 120

The same great performance as the old Jumbo Mandoline with new features including; an ergonomic handle, non-slip base, hook for placement over bowls and extended height adjustment. But the biggest design change is a knob on the underside that you turn for thickness adjustment. The older model used set screws and it was possible to make slices that came out uneven. With this new system, the thickness always comes out evenly.
