Dexter Russell's Serrated Net Knife gets its name from its ability to cut through ocean netting and is a favorite on board shrimping boats as it is a great knife for de-veining shrimp and gutting fish.

• This knife is from Dexter's Sani-Safe line and features a textured, slip resistant, easy to clean polypropylene handle that can withstand temperatures of up to 250 Fahrenheit. The handle also features an impervious seal between blade and handle for utmost sanitary performance.
